As an industry leader focused on driving growth and execution excellence, Spinrite is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to take responsibility for a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties such as ongoing customer maintenance, invoicing, payment application, claim management and account collection.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Engagement & Execution:
• Manage and maintain incoming payments from customers
• Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payment, or other irregularities
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process credit card payments
• Investigate and resolve customer claims
• Work with finance team members to ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives
• Generate and distribute customer invoices

Reporting & Analysis:
• Compilation of documentation for the purposes of submitting proof of deliveries
• Maintain customer records and account information

Other:
• Perform other duties as assigned

Employment Requirements:
• 1-3 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience
• University Degree or College Diploma in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Knowledge of accounting software including: Visual Manufacturing or similar MRP system, Global Financials, PRMS, and Microsoft Dynamics D365
• Knowledge of accounts receivable process
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, budgets and internal controls
• Microsoft Office, including strong knowledge of Word and Excel
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
