Spinrite is North America’s largest marketer of craft yarn. Recently, we acquired Coats & Clark and have been able to propel our growth even further. As a part of this acquisition, we expanded into the sewing threads market, further solidifying our position in the crafts industry and expanding our portfolio.


We are looking for a Replenishment Analyst to work with both our Yarn and Coats & Clark Divisions. This role will work closely with the Walmart Key Account team, internal Forecast teams and Walmart Replenishment teams to maximize store level in-stocks, support planogram & promotions implementation, and develop actions to drive high OTIF scores to contribute to growth of POS and shipments.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Senior RM on communication and collaboration with the Walmart buying team
  • Manage data collection for Replenishment reports
  • Support on the daily review of any orders anomalies
  • Highlight low in-stocks items and PO inaccuracies; seek root cause(s) and corrective measure(s) to be taken
  • Report forecast variance analysis and engage with all key stakeholders to raise potential opportunities
  • Collaborates to develop actions to be taken to achieve or maintain compliance
  • Report and archive all fines/charges related to Walmart’s Supplier Performance Management
  • Report on Walmart in-stocks at the stores and DC’s for respective Department
  • Run Retail Link reports and support KAM to provide monthly POS reports to the management team
  • Own item creation (1 World Sync) and item maintenance for respective category, and collaborate with Marketing team for item accuracy (cost, dimensions, images…)
  • Propose Script writing (i.e. SSO’s, PNEW’s, DC Push)
  • Submitting store requests as received from Walmart
  • Entering item information in Walmart’s QSM (Quote Management System) and assist with Walmart’s PULSE
  • Entering information into Walmart’s Cost Change Scenario (when applicable)
  • Upon new displays being created, provide item details to Walmart supplier provided Display & Fixture Team
  • Actively participate in monthly forecasting (Consensus meetings) & S&OP meetings with internal team and propose reviews on opportunities as needed
  • Review modular details and information for accuracy


  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and deliver tasks on-time and accurate
  • Highly Advanced skills in Excel spreadsheets
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of customer data portals: Retail Link, QMS, 1WorldSync
  • Working knowledge of big box/mass retail or craft merchants
  • Ability to travel for short periods of time
