About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to spin, dye, twist, and package a variety of our different yarn products on our straight day shift (7:00am-3:00pm) or straight night shift (9:00pm-7:00am Mon-Thurs). Surrounded by many colors, sizes, and textures of yarn be part of the creation of a product that allows crafters everywhere to enrich lives by making!
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining quality control checks on yarn products
Safely and efficiently operating various machines
Basic cleaning and maintenance of machines
Inspecting and ensuring all product is defect free
Setting up machinery and ensuring all materials are readily available
Maintaining a safe and clean workspace
Completing necessary forms
Ensuring all packages and boxes are sealed correctly and identified
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Familiar with production & manufacturing processes or a willingness to learn
Team-oriented, but can work well on your own
Passion for quality products
Creativity and dedication to continuous improvement initiatives
Reliability and dependability
Safety-minded
