About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Replenishment Manager the Replenishment Analyst will work closely with the Spinrite Account Management, Internal Forecasting and Walmart Replenishment teams to contribute to Spinrite’s continued growth in the category. The analyst will be responsible for delivering replenishment insights through data analytics to help achieve our Customer’s KPI’s, support the planogram, drive sales, and maintain OTIF. This role will be the main point of contact with Walmart Replenishment for their assigned Walmart category or division.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the KAM’s on Walmart business objectives & initiatives to drive replenishment strategies
Assist and support Sales & EDI team with PO inaccuracies (incorrect items ordered, abnormal order quantities, etc.)
Drive inventory to the stores/DC’s via replenishment recommendations (min/max settings, forecast adjustments, etc.)
Coordinate or participate in action plans to improve or maintain OTIF (On Time in Full)
Collaborate with DC team on preparation of lead time audits or review day changes (when applicable)
Propose, prepare, and submit Manual Orders (i.e., SSO’s, Supplemental Orders, DC Push) to Walmart
Perform PO Maintenance via NOVA (MABD Extension, PO Cancellation, etc.)
Utilize Retail Link data or resources to support the business – analytically and informative insights
Work with internal teams and communicate Supplier closings and applicable review day changes to Walmart
Assist and review annual modular commitments for accuracy
Deliver samples to Walmart’s Layout or Imaging Centre (when applicable)
Track and manage promotional PO creation
Assist with the resolution of ASN opportunities
Work with the Planning & DC teams to acquire reasons for short shipments and Get-Well Dates
Develop and communicate weekly reporting for Replenishment KPI’s (In stocks, Fill Rate, Walmart Forecast, and inventory levels)
Prepare and submit weekly Walmart US Ladder Plan
Participate in monthly or bi-monthly meetings Walmart Replenishment to review the business, current initiatives, and address any open opportunities
Perform Walmart Canada PO Tracking
Prepare and submit Weekly Walmart Canada Initial Fill Rate Reports
Communicate any applicable replenishment opportunities negatively impacting the business to key stakeholders to raise awareness of potential risks or changes needed
Investigate PO inaccuracies and work with applicable teams to correct/address
Communicate monthly OTIF compliance insights to internal stakeholders
Perform root cause analysis to address concerns, improve in stocks, or assist with an opportunity
Pull and review Walmart’s forecast and supply plan
Review historical POS data to proactively make Replenishment recommendations to support potential future demand
Run weekly Retail Link reports to review the state of the business & identify potential issues impacting in stocks or inventory levels
Participate in monthly forecasting meetings with internal team and contribute any replenishment insights (if applicable)
Provide support and data analysis for collaborative meetings with the customer (line reviews, JBP meetings, etc.)
Following standard defined health and safety procedures and reporting any observed workplace hazards
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to work with high sku counts or large data sets
Manage multiple priorities concurrently and consistently delivering results (on time and accurate)
Advanced skills in Excel & MS Office Suite skills
Knowledge of Power BI and MS 365
Working knowledge of big box/mass retail or craft merchants would be an asset
2+ years Replenishment experience supporting Walmart or Sam’s Club
Advanced knowledge and experience in Retail Link, NOVA, OTIF Scorecard, Item 360, and Supplier Center
eCommerce or Omni Channel experience (not necessary but desirable)
Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business or Supply Chain Management
